Coexistence and symbiosis
with local communities and global society
In 2023, Murakami adopted a new management philosophy: Coexistence and symbiosis with local communities and global society.
In 1965, our founder Shizuo Murakami and less than 10 employees began manufacturing photo emulsions and capillary films for screen printing at a small factory in Funabashi City. Since then we have also expanded our line of business to the development of screen stencils using these photo emulsion and capillary films.
Today, the Murakami products developed by our R&D are manufactured at 10 locations inside and outside Japan, delivered through our sales network, and used at customer factories all over the world to perform screen printing for applications like electronic components, photovoltaics, touch panels, ceramics, and advertising/signage.
Going forward, we will continue our global expansion while developing products with an emphasis on environmental protection and quality. In our business activities, we will always keep in mind coexistence and symbiosis with local communities and international society.
