Notification of Business Transfer

We are pleased to announce that Murakami Co., Ltd. has entered into a basic business transfer agreement with Aicello Corporation (Head Office: 45 Koshikawa, Ishimakihonmachi, Toyohashi, Aichi; Executive President: Wataru Makino) with the purpose of taking over that company’s development, manufacture and sales of photosensitive material for screen printing.
