Resist materials for etching and metal plating
Usage as a resist material for etching and metal plating in which patterning is conducted on various base materials. We conduct customization suitable for base materials/processes.
・Materials for patterning
Resist materials for sandblasting
Utilization as a resist material for sandblasting brittle materials such as glass. Since we have a coating machine, we can form films having thickness matching the processing depth.
Binder
Various function materials can be dispersed into our photo emulsions. Through application onto the base material, exposure, and development, it is possible to impart functionality only onto the remaining portion of the photo emulsion.
