For printing which, while small, must secure legibility, such as character printing (symbol printing) onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), capillary film (MS-FILM) is used to achieve flatness of the printing surface in order to prevent the occurrence of bleeding and scratching.
With regard to emulsions, we can also propose flexible emulsions that can easily follow copper plating irregularities such as those in resist printing.

Among electronic components, for condensers, support for high resolution and high dimensional accuracy requirements is vital for the reproduction of fine patterns. Further, the precision required for thicknesses such as gauze thickness and film thickness (total thickness) is high, and strict tolerance management is necessary. As countermeasures for bleeding and scratching, there may be cases of adding surface processing such as liquid repellent processing and T-flat processing.

We realize high resolution and ultra-low tapering to reproduce ultra thin-line patterns (minimum line width 10 μ). Resolution and reproducibility with screen stencils is needed, but the optimization of printing conditions is also necessary. By conducting liquid repellent processing (FT-SR/SRP processing), not only countermeasures against bleeding and scratching, but also improvements in paste permeability properties can be expected.
